What It Is

Thirty organizations. Three cohorts. One collective.

The ORGLAB Initiative gathers thirty organizations into three cohorts of ten. Each cohort becomes a mastermind of peers doing the same work at the same time; together, the thirty form a collective. Every participant joins as a research collaborator, helping build the evidence base rather than simply receiving a program.

The work is bespoke. Your organization is seen as it is, not fitted to a one-size framework. Some seats remain.
